By accessing or using ZeroPress (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ZeroPress is a static-first, file-native content management system that publishes durable HTML artifacts. The Service includes the admin dashboard, publishing tools, and related documentation.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
5. Intellectual Property
ZeroPress is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish using the Service. ZeroPress does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
6. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through ZeroPress. We do not review, approve, or endorse any content published by users.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. ZeroPress’s static-first architecture ensures that published content remains accessible even during service disruptions, as published HTML files are served independently from the admin system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPress and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but your previously published static content will remain accessible as standalone HTML files.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
